The hotel has a trendy feel, with cozy rooms that feature comfortable beds. The friendly ladies at the front desk always made me feel welcome and were quick to help with any needs.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown, as many items ran out early, and some options, like the pancakes, were not appetizing. Additionally, the noise from the AC unit disrupted my sleep.

The staff was really nice and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location is great and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. We had a comfortable stay in the Executive King Room for 2 nights.

Cleanliness standards need attention!!! Dirty sheets, hair in the bathroom, and unresponsive management create an underwhelming experience. Wifi connectivity is unreliable, and incorrect room assignments lead to frustration. Maintenance issues like malfunctioning elevators are concerning!!!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty nice and clean. The beds were comfy enough, but those pillows were super tiny and soft—it was hard to get good rest. The shower was spacious, but the door made a screeching noise every time it opened. Breakfast could definitely use some improvement. they ran out of things pretty quickly, which was a bummer.

But the checkout process could be a bit smoother. it took longer than expected.
